1. Initial Meeting
We'd love to have a casual sit-down with you to get better acquainted and hear more about your ideas and vision. This way, we can fully grasp what you're aiming for and ensure we can add the most value to your home building journey.
2. Design
We're flexible with your preferences – we can either work with your existing designer/architect's plans or connect you with a skilled designer to bring your ideas to life. Throughout the process, we'll offer suggestions and share insights from a construction perspective to ensure your desired outcome aligns with both your vision and budget. We believe it's beneficial to involve the builder early on in the design phase to address any technical concerns and provide guidance on designing within the project's budget constraints.
3. Documents
Once the design is finalised, we'll be able to provide accurate pricing to ensure transparency throughout the process and minimise surprises along the way. Between now and the start of the build, we'll handle all necessary documentation, including contracts, material selections, engineering, energy assessments, BAL assessments, council approvals, permits, and more.
4. Build
After obtaining all necessary permits, construction will commence. Lochie will personally supervise the entire project from start to finish. This hands-on approach guarantees not only the quality of work on-site but also ensures swift resolution of any issues that may arise, preventing delays. You'll have direct communication throughout the building process. We'll keep you informed with regular updates on progress and milestones, and we'll schedule frequent on-site meetings to ensure your needs are met. Plus, you'll have direct contact with the builder for any queries or concerns. We look forward to working with you from start to finish as you embark on your home building journey!
